Kani and Darell

Kani was born at Kennel Malozi and spend his first 8 weeks with lovely breeder Tuija Miettinen in Vaasky, Finland.
Kani comes out of a litter with perfect ridges, no excessive white, no knicked tails, one female had DS.

He is with me since 06.06.2006, when he came out of the airplane I was expecting a puppy who would be impressed by the journey. But after only a couple of minutes Kani was in a ready to play and cuddle mood.
Kani is an outgoing youngster who enjoys life to the max together with big "brother" Darell.
He is obedient and friendly to both animals and people.
At the moment we practice obedience and from time to time agility. Also Lure Coursing seems to be a great passion for him. We have had a few practice rounds so far.

At home Kani is a typical ridgeback. Happy when you get home, outgoing when we walk in the woods or on any other occasion, but then when we get home there is time for eating and ofcourse sleeping. His favorite place to sleep is on the sofa, close to me.

We have shown Kani in Baby and Puppy class and he was always rewarded with Very Promising, even gaining a BIS 5 BABY! on his first official CACIB show.
When he was barely 10 months of age he gained his first JCAC towards Junior Champion.
On June 17 2007 he gained the last point needed for this title.
So he is now Dutch Junior Champion .
With this result Kani already gained all 4 CAC's needed towards Dutch Champion . Kani finished his title on August 30th in Rotterdam ,when he was choosen as 2nd Best Male, gaining the last point needed. So another title can be added to his name: Dutch Champion

In June 2007 we had an amazing experience when we went to the Brussels dog show. Kani was Best of Breed Junior, Best of Breed and made it all the way to Best of Group and even BIS 8. Giving him the title of Belgian Junior Winner 2007

Kani will be shown throughout Europe for the coming years and we ofcourse hope to recieve some nice critics from judges all over the world! Main goal for us is to have fun together at show!
